Question about legal power of highschool?!?!?

I was at one of my highschool's away soccer games in another town. At the game two of my friends and I were approached by the man in charge of the fields facilities, for throwing pebbles at the back of a shed/garage facility at the field. The man who saw us called the police and we were taken to the police station in the town. There were no damages to the shed but they still filed a police report. Now, a week and a half after the incident, my school's principal and istant principal got a hold of the report. They called me and my friends to the office and told us that we were banned from any of the schools athletic events along with 3 detentions. I just wanted to know if the school has the power to do this, with something that hapened out of town and out of school? and do they have the power to tell me that i can't go to a field out of town? (I live in New Jersey)

Tongue Piercing healing questions?

Ok, I got my tongue pierced 5 days ago, and allmost every morning when I wake up, there is blood on my tongue. I did tons of research and I have never heard of this reaction. I have a vein in the middle, but my piercer went around it. it bled for about 2 mins after I got it done, nothing major. I was also told that the morning after it would be swollen and very painfull. it never happend. it feels better and better everyday, hardly any swelling even. I have a slight nickle allergy, but my piercer used a titanium barbell. I rinse after eating with 1/4 biotene, 3/4 water. I have only been drinking water and eating soft foods, popcicles are the hardest thing lol And no offence, but please dont tell me how your friend has a friend, whos sisters mothers cousins kid had this happen. thank you in advance :)

I have a friend that has lost roughly 40 pounds on the Atkins Diet. He is still on it and still exercising like he was before, but has not lost weight in little more than a week. Dead engine after timing belt water pump change?

My car had been had been overheating fans working on and off got them fixed then went to auto shop for new radiator because when the car would overheat radiator would leak so auto shop says I needed to replace it. The mechanic puts in new radiator starts the car turns on ac to see if it would overheat and the car cuts off. He told me he put it on the computer and he checked and the timing belt and water-pumpp need to be changed. He says after this I should be good to go. So I agreed he now says after installing new belt and pump car engine wont start the engine has no compression. He says I need a new engine. This is a service center I already paid for the new radiator job yesterday 223.00 They told me I have to talk to the manager tomorrow I told them I am not paying because I bought my car in running now the engine is shot and, Wasn't told that there was a possibility the car still wouldn'tt start. My question is can they legally force me to pay. The car has 1110,000 miles on it. a 1998 plymouth voyager I am not going to bother trying to put another engine in it. Please help me I'm not sure of my rights! Oh it would cost me 374.00 labor for the job

k well i was at the fair the other day and i was chosen to be hypnotised. there was a totall of about 15 or 16 chairs on a stage with an aduiance size of a couple hundred people. i sat on the end chair and eventually the hypnotist was done selecting her victums. she pointed at me and asked me to switch seats with someone else on stage and as i sat down i realized that there was a pretty girl next to me, nothing really out of the odanary though. now before this i have never really believed in love/exspecially something like love at first sight. i turn to her and was about to start a conversation and wanted to keep things just as a causual friend type of deal so i turned to her and was about to say "hey im kinda nervous, how about you?" but before i said that she turned to me and confessed that she was nervous. idk what on earth happend but i immeadatly felt it, i felt that she was my other half. she wasnt anything out of the ordanary but i have never felt this way about anyone else. so anyways i laughed and continued to talk to her while the hypnotist was introducing herself to the audiance then the hypnotist quickly turned around and like a teacher in middle school, pointed at us saying in a joking manner "you two, quit flirting!!" so of course we stopped talking so we wouldnt piss her off. so later during the event, one of the last 'ignments' we were given was to go sit with the audiance then, one by one, go back on stage and do whatever we were told- for me it was to dance like i was in some famous chick's music video (i forget her name). the thing about being hypnotised is u dont really think about anything, your only focused on like one thing at a time- as i was walking off stage all i was only thinking about was going to my seat and going back on stage at my time- i wasnt thinking about my dream girl or were my dream girl went. once i was done dancing i started to come out of my extreme relaxed state and then i remebered that there was a girl that sat next to me. as my friends tried to show me extremely embarring videos they took of me all i could say to them was i need to find this girl after explaining to them how i felt. i kno it may sound creepy but we looked and looked and looked. we couldnt find her and i dont even kno her name :( all i kno was that i have never felt like that for anyone and as creepy as it may sound, if i kne she was 1000 miles away id walk there just to get a chance to talk to her. i know i might sound like a stalker or something but i really cant get her out of my head. idk what to do =/

I went there today to have my 2 year olds Christmas photos taken. Oh my gosh, what a disappointment. The girl taking photos was so soft-spoken her voice was like a whisper. She was nice but so boring. I want a kids' photographer to be silly, fun, and energetic. That's how you get little kids to smile. Then it took forever to see the prints. Then I found out that in order to get a photo cropped into a close-up I'd have to order some kind of ugly, design like my child's photo in an ornament. Plus the woman showing me the photos was super-rushed. I had an appointment and went really early. It didn't help though. I get tricked by their $3.99 coupon sometimes. But this time I won't ever get pictures taken there again! They suck!

Ok I know this Is a little embarring..I always eat really healthily, pretty minimally actually, barely any fat only whole wheat, little meat, I'm lactose intolerant so I don't eat milk or cheese or yogurt, etc.. anyway I've been upping my workout at the gym this past week in preparation for summer from like 45 mins mixed cardio to 1.5- 2 hrs mixed cardio plus toning 6 days a week and since I got hungrier with the extra excercise I ate more of my healthy food. I wouldnt consider it a binge or anything but for like 2 days I ate alot of things like oatmeal and egg whites, etc.. things so I could stay energized but now IVE GOT THE WORST GAS! haha but i honestly don't know whats going on, it cant be the oatmeal because thats what i eat everyday for breakfast.. now i wont leave the house. Its been 3 days of this gas though and Im still hungry but im afraid to go to work or the gym because what if i fart! its my friends birthday tonight though and i need to stop farting by then! can anyone help me?

It there a way to secure wireless internet that is being used by 5 computers? I live in a house with some other college students and I have reason to be suspicious that someone is picking up my pwords via unsecured wireless. I think this because I received a message on AIM that my sn was signed on in multiple locations when I recently changed my pword (and the pword was only used on this computer- I'm 100% sure). I had gotten a message saying I had an IP address conflict with another computer and I just umed that I got that AIm message because internet probaby disconnected and reconnected when this happened.. But today I was on facebook and it knocked me off suddenly (went to the log in page). This only happens when someone logs onto my account from another location.. again, no one knows my pword! But I dunno how to secure a wireless connection between five computers!

I am having trouble breathing could it be due to the air quality in my apartment?

I used to smoke a TON of weed & cigarettes (every day for 8 years), but i have not in five years. I wasnt having any trouble breathing a couple years ago. I moved into a new apartment, which is also happen to be a housing project. Many of the people here are on drugs. The downstaris negihbor constantly smokes weed / cigars/ cigarettes/ something else that come through the floor really strong. it smells almost like were in the same room with them. then the hallway is indoor . there is no ventialtion. there are people who smoke cigarettes in the hallway all night. my whole house fills with smoke. alos, i suspect there could be mold growing in the corner. there was a pipe leak a year ago and the plumber said there was mold over there. There is also a rubber hallway that stinks really bad. they mop it with a perfumey mop solution, which absorbs. When people who dont live here walk into the buildign they always comment on how bad it stnks. Now im on an inhaler. My 3 year old has had pneumonia and bronchitis. when we moved in she had chrnoic lung infections. she is getting used to it by now, but im getting worse. Im using the inhaler several times a day (instead of every day). Is this from this bad environment? were moving out, will the damage be healed once we leave? (weve been here two years - moving out in 1 week due ot the smoke, thanks)

There's things to do for all ages on a cruise and you won't have your brother annoying you the whole time. That is a LOT of exercise. If you like one or two exercises, you can do them for a while until you need to "mix it up". If you are really more interested in toning, I would look into Pilates at least twice a week. You could replace one cardio workout with a Pilates workout, and the stability ball with Pilates. Another thing to remember is that once you have "plateaued" on an exercise, you can usually kick it up, which forces your body to respond and work harder. For example, if you feel that the cycling isn't difficult at all anymore, change your resistance, the course, the speed, etc. There are A LOT of very fit people who only do a couple types of exercise, so I think that unless you really enjoy the variety and need it to keep you exercising, you may do better becoming very proficient at a couple of cardio exercises. You can always take something to another level.

It used to be required to do in level 6, but it is not anymore. Most gyms train them in level 5 or 6. But you never HAVE to have it so some gyms might not bother in working them unless they plan for you to do it on beam in level 9/10. Just wondering... ok so i met a guy about 3 yrs ago online and we've been talking every single day almost and we've gained very strong feelings for one another he lives 2000 miles from me and he wants to be with me one day since then and hes gotten jealous over silly things and angry about silly things but moving on with the story so one day he had gotten real upset with me and then he just got offline then the next day he told me that he needed to tell me something so i asked him what it was and he said that hes bi polar he had received it from his father bc his father also has it so little while went by and sometimes he would get upset about some things and then he wouldn't respond to me for a very long time and then he finally gets back on about 15 mins later and he changed personalities this personality is very mean and very outspoken and then i would get so upset from him being mean i would just get off til the next day and then he would finally get on and he would tell me that he blacked out and didn't remember anything from that night this has happened a lot so he was getting tired of that happening and me having to basically deal with the other him being rude and him having to deal with that kind of life style he was wanting a real life so then a while after that he had went to the doctors about it and then he got diagnosed with split personality so he tried different meds and they did not work some of them made him worse and hes tried so many then his doctor told him another option of maybe being hypnotized into the "other" him was not in existence i told him it didn't sound good bc he could get memory loss or brain damage or maybe even worse so i didn't want him to do that for a very long time now so he went with another doctor and talk to them about it he didnt want to deal with that anymore he had gotten so upset about how his life was so he decided to go ahead and do the procedure and so i didn't talk to him for like a week and i figured that something had went wrong and then he finally got online and he started talking to me like he was when we first started talking 3 years ago it was very strange and i asked him if he had any memory of me and he said no not at all it hurt my feelings a lot so i couldn't take it anymore so i stopped talking to him for a little while and then i got on like a week later i saw that he had left me a message that he got his memory back but he has really bad headaches all the time constantly and he said that he thinks he got his memory back from tripping and falling and hitting his head and he woke up with all memory back which is kinda strange to me but since then we've been talking for about 3 or 4 weeks now and he hasn't had any episodes yet and he said that he went to his doctor and told her about it and she said that she couldn't believe that happened and she was really shocked so what i'm asking about this is, is this possible at all?

After 2 months I cannot remember what happened?

I was in a motorcycle accident early in the morning about 2 months ago, but I still can't remember anything. No one. SO Basically this is a way to control all of us...is it not. Okay kangaroos are dangerous when driving in non built up areas, and usually only at night. We've never hit one before but have driven on a few quiet roads in bushy areas at night and have narrowly missed hitting a few. My brother lives in central Queensland and has heard many stories from friends who have hit roos in the past. People do eat kangaroo meat. You can actually buy it from the supermarket. It is supposed to be very high in protein and very lean. It tastes rich and in my opinion tough (but it could have been the way it was cooked). Its more common for dogs who are overweight to eat kangaroo than for the majority of Australians. As for your first question, my father in-law went to the US and didn't have any hles with driving on the opposite side of the road. Good luck.

Well I've only worked at Reebok, and it's a really great place to work. People don't work on commission, but if you do well as a salesperson, you're more likely for a raise/bonus. If you go to apply, or for an interview, try and wear something from the store (without going overboard, wearing Reebok sneakers is enough.) and just be yourself. Housemate playing mind games?

He slaps my all the time and pushes me around. He always tries to make me angry and then giggles over it. had fluids changed and my car flushed ,couple days later my car overheated . called mech. there and took it to let them check car.the mech.said the wrong concentrate coolant had been put in my car.causeing bubbles in coolant . he kept my car for aday and flushed it several times and said he got all the bubbles out and it wasnt overheating any more seemed to be ok. a day or so later the heat gage went slightly higher than normal. took car to mech. he said it was ok to go up some . that was begining of aug. yesterday the car started beeping and when i looked it was the heat gage on hot. my car never over heated before they changed fluids and flushed it out . i have a 1999 plymouth neon, bough it new and it has 35,000 miles ive taken excellent car of it. if the person that changed the fluids and flushed out my car put wrong concentrate coolant in my car can that damage car and cause it to over heat.

I have a two year old Chihuahua mix. He has a heart murmur and so the vet will not neuter him. He is house-trained, not aggressive or even yappy which is pretty good for a Chihuahua. So I am sick right now and went to the doctor. However, my husband and I have been trying to conceive and something felt different so I took an at home test and it said I was pregnant. I told the doc this and he ran a test but it came up negative, so he gave me a bunch of prescriptions for bronchitis (one that would be VERY harmful to a baby).
