Isn't kind of hypocritical when someone says don't judge jeff hardy by his personal life but then judge Benoit?

I think it's the other what around. It's hypocritical when someone judges Jeff Hardy by his personal life but does not judge Chris Benoit. All I ever hear from people about Jeff Hardy is he's a druggie, but they'll turn right around and say Benoit was a great wrestler and that he should R.I.P. and it wasn't his fault blah blah blah.
