The Bush Torture Regime.... should we prosecute or let it go....?

Just follow the law like we are supposed to do in America! I think we should only prosecute leadership, not the low rank soldiers who followed orders. We should support the troops and only prosecute those who ordered the crimes. If we can impeach for lying about we can surely hang lying war criminals! Free the Abu Ghraib soldiers and put those who made the orders in their place. Prosecute. For those who think the dems would be prosecuted.... wrong. Our Bush administration kept them in the dark. Why do you think the dems are releasing the doents over our GOP obstruction?
