OMG u guys!!!! God has answer my prayer with a BFP!!!My symptoms were?

I prayed on my hands and knees this month and I think that's what really did it for us. The only symptom I had was period like cramps and imlantation bleeding three days before my period. My cervix was the same. I had no cm what so ever. Besides the praying I also took guaifenesin pills to thin my cm so it would be ewcm. I guess it worked. I just want to thank all of u here bcuz this was defintely a bumpy ride. The best thing that anyone could do when ttc is call on God bcuz I was told my chances of pregnancy naturally was extremely slim due to my severe case of endometriosis and partially blocked tubes. I'm still in shock!!!! God is good!!!! Baby dust to all of you!!!!!
