How bad does USA need a new form of govt,new economic business structure & wealth redistribution etc.?

I agree with Guy Smiley and some other comments on here. There's no sense in always looking back to the founding fathers, they had good guidelines but not all the answers that address problems of modern society, culture or economics. Looking back at 200 year old doents offers a guide not a blueprint, anything else is worse than looking to the bible for solutions.
