I have this awful gas that won't go away, but I have no idea what could have caused it, and i never get this?

Ok I know this Is a little embarring..I always eat really healthily, pretty minimally actually, barely any fat only whole wheat, little meat, I'm lactose intolerant so I don't eat milk or cheese or yogurt, etc.. anyway I've been upping my workout at the gym this past week in preparation for summer from like 45 mins mixed cardio to 1.5- 2 hrs mixed cardio plus toning 6 days a week and since I got hungrier with the extra excercise I ate more of my healthy food. I wouldnt consider it a binge or anything but for like 2 days I ate alot of things like oatmeal and egg whites, etc.. things so I could stay energized but now IVE GOT THE WORST GAS! haha but i honestly don't know whats going on, it cant be the oatmeal because thats what i eat everyday for breakfast.. now i wont leave the house. Its been 3 days of this gas though and Im still hungry but im afraid to go to work or the gym because what if i fart! its my friends birthday tonight though and i need to stop farting by then! can anyone help me?
