2 hour post Glucose Tolerance Test reading?

Hi, I just completed a 2 hour GTT and when I got home and did the home blood sugar tester the reading was 10.5 (2 and a half hours after the drink.) Just wondering what this may mean as I can't see my Dr for the results for 2 weeks
