Krazy kids on nanny 911?

I was watching this show the other day and there was the most unbelievable kazy kids on it, they were throwing stuff all over the garden and spraying shampoo all over the carpet in the house when the mother was giving out to them one of them spat in her face. The mother just did nothing about it, if I had done that at that age my mother would have got her wooden spoon out and sent me to bed with my backside on fire .Has the world gone so pc crazy that kids get away with this now
