Is this to much? or will i get toned like britney spears lol!!?

That is a LOT of exercise. If you like one or two exercises, you can do them for a while until you need to "mix it up". If you are really more interested in toning, I would look into Pilates at least twice a week. You could replace one cardio workout with a Pilates workout, and the stability ball with Pilates. Another thing to remember is that once you have "plateaued" on an exercise, you can usually kick it up, which forces your body to respond and work harder. For example, if you feel that the cycling isn't difficult at all anymore, change your resistance, the course, the speed, etc. There are A LOT of very fit people who only do a couple types of exercise, so I think that unless you really enjoy the variety and need it to keep you exercising, you may do better becoming very proficient at a couple of cardio exercises. You can always take something to another level.
