Is it all very subjective, the concept of a workplace psychopath (narcissistic personality disorder).?

If one can afford to totally concentrate on yzing someone, figuring out their motives for just about everything they do; watching their reactions to all that goes on around them. But one would have to really tune in to another person, create a bond or an understanding. It is possible, yes. But difficult.
