3 positive at home tests but doctor test was negative????????

So I am sick right now and went to the doctor. However, my husband and I have been trying to conceive and something felt different so I took an at home test and it said I was pregnant. I told the doc this and he ran a test but it came up negative, so he gave me a bunch of prescriptions for bronchitis (one that would be VERY harmful to a baby). Something didn't feel right about the doctor result so my husband and I bought a two pack of a different brand and both say I am pregnant (did one right when we got home and the other just a few minutes ago). Has this ever happened to anyone else??
