What should I know about my hair???HELP?

Okay so here's the thing...Hi lml. I'm Angela and I'm 15yrs old, I have long/medium virgin African American hair, and I'm getting my first relaxer on December 12,2009.I also have eczema on my scalp but only in some parts. I'm using am-pro pre-cream sensitive scalp as the base. I will be using Vitale Olive Oil Sensitive Scalp No-Lye Relaxer. I just want to know about preparing myself for the relaxer because I don't want my hair to fall out. I'll do anything to keep it up the correct way, I would like some tips and rules and maybe some stories about first relaxers around the teen years.Oh also if you use this relaxer tell me how you like it. I haven't heard much about Vitale Olive Oil but if you feel I should change the relaxer tell me. =] Thank You Everyone
