What can be done to repair this flawed sonnet?

Peter, I thought I Sonnet had to be composed of 8 syllable count or 10 per line. As your count goes you are at 11 per line til L4,L5 which you throw off with 9 syllable. Switching back on L6 to 10 syllable. There is no consistent flow. A very deep expression, but flawed in the composure.. If I am correct?? Dana
