Overclocking my CPU with software?

You cant do it from software. It works on custom boards and non oem boards. Dell locks their processors so people dont overclock them. Only way to unlock it would be to buy a little binary switchboard from radio shack and unload the lock from the BIOS chip. Windows has no control of the BIOS.
