Best eyeliner...help?

hi, i need a new pencil eyeliner..it can be either the kind that u sharpen or the kind that u twist up...i don't mind..but i am looking for a good eyeliner that stays on for a long time and looks nice..o and i need to be able to get it from walmart target, shopko, etc. thanks much! o and if its not too much trouble could u list the EXACT product. thanks!
