How to heat up sperm?

My wife and I have been trying hard to make a baby (we need to welfare and want to get section 8 housing).I don't think she can't have a baby,but her mother said something about heating up my sperm and using a turkey baster.I guess that's how she had Cindy,I can't find anything on the internet on how to do this.
