Oophorectomy at 15 :( bit worried?

i just had an oophorectomy on the 9th of april because i had a 23cm cyst on my right ovary. The doc removed my right ovary and everythings o.k with the left one. He said everything will be fine in the future (having a baby) and so on, so i thought thats ok then. But i came home and looked up 'oophorectomy' on wikipedia just to see what it's all about really, but i found that there may be some problems with hormones and early menopause and stuff like that. I thought i was going to be fine in the future and i really hope i am, but im just wondering does the problems on wikipedia still aply to me cause i only got the one removed, or am i going to have to face problems? :(
